RETURN POLICY

Heaven & Earth Gift Shop will accept merchandise for refund or exchange if returned to us, in new condition, within 30 days of purchase. 

Merchandise must be accompanied by invoice or cash register receipt. Refund will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Merchandise without a receipt or invoice may be exchanged at current retail price; no refund will be issued.

 Clearance merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Special order items cannot be returned or refunded.

If opened, dissatisfaction in the product is not an acceptable reason for return unless the product was already damaged before opening. Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping fees will be charged for an exchange. Merchandise in new condition must meet the following guidelines: 

• Items must be in original packaging  
• Apparel must have all tags attached
• Apparel must not be dirty, torn, washed or worn 

Returns that do not meet the criteria will be refused and returned to the customer. 

Heaven & Earth Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse any return. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager's discretion.
